As the IT Project Manager, you will hold a key management position and be responsible for consulting and partnering with the business on technology and business strategy and initiatives.

You will be confident, driven and have the following essential skills:
- Have good IT project management experience on large scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and technologies.
- Have good project experience and be able to not only implement but come up with innovative solutions to help clients and stakeholders achieve their goals.
- Strive to increase efficiency through problem solving and have a dynamic approach to working with people
- A structured approach to how you deliver in an environment that is changing (as well as being dynamic enough to make adjustments as needed).
- Strong communication skills to ensure that the Business remains involved and engaged through the project.
- Good ability to manage ‘scope creep’ and remain within budget.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience
- Strong PM 101’s, project governance, and documentation skills
- Be delivery and outcomes focused and have a collaborative approach and be able to build effective relationships.
- Be pragmatic, focused and have a passion for taking on difficult projects.
- Ability to start, lead or manage infrastructure projects either as a team or independently
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have excellent people skills and be well-presented and professional
- Have appropriate Project Management certifications (highly desirable)
- Excellent communication skills and able to converse with varying levels of seniority and management.
- Pursue improved processes in order for the IT team to better support the group.
- Take ownership of issues and work closely with users, stakeholders and management to define requirements and identify potential solutions
- Be able to travel and enjoy visiting multiple clients’ premises around Australia.
